1. Who we are
This affiliate platform is operated by comartinvi.com. We manage the affiliate program for RankCoworker, ChatSalsa and AudioGretel — tools for content creators and small businesses. You can contact us at hola@comartinvi.com.
2. What data we collect
- Name and email address — provided by you when registering as an affiliate. Stored encrypted in our database.
- PayPal email — optionally provided by you for commission payments.
- Referral data — when one of your referrals subscribes, we receive a payment confirmation from Stripe. We store only a masked version of their email (e.g.
vi*****@gmail.com) so you can identify your referrals. The full email is never stored on this platform. - Commission data — amounts earned and payment status.
3. Why we collect it
- To manage your affiliate account and send you access links (magic links).
- To track referrals and calculate commissions accurately.
- To process commission payments to you.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and your explicit consent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your affiliate account is active, plus 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
5. How we protect it
- Encrypted emails — your email address is stored encrypted in our database using AES-128 symmetric encryption. Even if the database were compromised, emails would not be readable.
- Hashed tokens — magic link tokens are stored as one-way hashes. The original token only exists in the email we send you and is never stored in plain text.
- Minimal data — we only store what is strictly necessary to operate the affiliate programme.
6. Cookies
We use a cookie called affiliate_ref on RankCoworker, ChatSalsa and AudioGretel to track referrals. This cookie is stored for 30 days and is only set when a visitor arrives through an affiliate link. It is used solely to attribute sales commissions correctly.
7. Third parties
- Render — hosting and database provider.
- Resend — email delivery service.
- Stripe — payment processing (we never store card details).
8. Your rights (GDPR)
As a resident of the EU/Spain you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
